Managing PB Claims Q

• Locating the "PB Claims" tab.

• This Tab should be checked every other day. When checking the tab make sure to select the lines individually and verify if claims need to be printed and sent to insurances on paper. ( This could be becuase the insurance company is not setup to receive claims electronically.) See the images below for steps.

After selecting "Print" Epic will take you back to the homepage and will show a green check mark as seen below.

• After the appropriate claims have been demanded to paper, you may now accept all the claim runs that show "PROCESSED." See the image attached below.
