TSI: Removing a paid account Profit recovery

Removing an account in phase 1 Profit recovery.


Instructions for Removing a Paid Account from Profit Recovery in TSI:


Step 1: Login to TSI https://my.tsico.com/Account

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the TSI login page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click Login to access the system.

Step 2: Access the Profit Recovery Module

  1. From the dashboard, go to the Profit Recovery section.
  2. Click on View Account or the corresponding menu that handles account records in the profit recovery process.

Step 3: Search for the Paid Account

  1. Use the search bar or filtering options to find the account you need to remove.
    • You can search by Debtor Name, Reference number, Invoice Number.
  2. Once you have located the account, select it from the list.

Step 4: Update account

  1. Transaction Type: Drop down to Paid in full and Thank you letter.
  2. Enter Amount:
  3. Enter payment Type.
  4. Review and Save

Step 9: Update Guarantor Account and Notes of the removal

1.Updated Guarantor account notes of removal and adjust guarantor status by removing collections.
