When an account reaches its 6th and final statement, we will send a letter informing the recipient that the account will is sent to TSI Collections and providing payment instructions. Parents/ Guardian can pay through TSI portal.

All these information can be given to the patient via E-mail.

How It Works

-This service is best utilized in the 61-120 day range

-Slow-paying accounts are contacted via five written Collection demands over a 2-1/2 month period

-Intensity increases with each letter from Courtesy Notice to Final Demand
