EPIC: Media

This article explains how to obtain a mother's insurance information when a patient is discharged from the hospital and complete insurance details or vital documentation are needed for scheduling or billing purposes.

Media information includes, mother's ID, father's ID, insurance card image, referrals, prior authorization from the hospitals, any documentation.

1.Select > Charts

2. Click on Media Tab

3. Creating a filter to sort out the information you are looking for will make it easier for you to find the information.

4. Click on the information you need. Next to it a File link will appear. Click on the link. Image will appear for the information.
