EPIC: Account Merge

Please Note: You can only merge two accounts that are on the same account type.

1. Navigate to the merge account activity ( EPIC > TOOLS> PROFESSIONAL BILLING TOOLS) Click Accept.

   

Note: If you need to remove or add a different account, you can use the "X" button to remove an account and the "Add Guarantor" button to add a different account.

2. Search the account you would like to Merge. Make sure both are selected and click "Accept"

3. Select the appropriate button for he source and target account.

Source account: the account you will move from data from and later will delete.

Target account: this will be the account you will keep and transfer data to

4. Select your Source and Target guarantor account, and click Merge.

5. Review your information to confirm that the result is what is expected, if you need to swap accounts you can change the button selection or click the swap button in the middle of the screen.

   
   
6. When ready click merge Guarantors.

Please submit a ticket if the accounts can not be merged into one.
