Missing Report/ Superbills

  1. Located in the upper right corner is a message icon.



  1. After you click on message icon. Please go to attached patient: Search Patient

  1. Type in the MRN or Name of the patient

  1. In the box To: Please enter the provider you wish to communicate with.

  1. Type in a Message.

Please ensure that the date of service and type of visit are included in your message. This will help ensure that the message is promptly directed to the provider. Additionally, if you are missing superbills, you can utilize this feature to message the provider's Medical Assistant as well. Messages will appear in their EPIC system, facilitating a faster response time.

I hope this message finds you well. I’m currently working on posting an office charge and noticed that we’re missing the virtual report for the virtual visit you had with a patient DOE, JOE on 10/21/2024. Could you please complete this at your earliest convenience so we can process the claim?
