Reset Insurance Aging Date

When following up on overdue accounts (aged claims) and denied claims, it is important to reset the insurance aging date. If we don't reset this date, our numbers will rise and accounts will become more overdue. Keeping the aging date updated helps us track claims accurately and manage our finances effectively.

  1. Select "Prof Tx Inquiry" from the left tab

  1. On the "Visits" tab, click on the desired date or invoice, and then right-click.

  1. Underneath "Actions" click on Reset insurance date.

  1. Apply the date that the claim has been work on or followed up on. This ensures the aging is reset. Click "Accept"
