Forwarding phone calls to specific extensions

1. On your Avaya desk phone use the right and left arrows to locate the "Forward" option.
2. Once located select the button next to it, and it will take you to a new screen where you can enter in the number you want all calls transferred to.
3. Make sure you enter *91 in front of the phone number. (example 91'916-999-9999.)
4. Select save and the forward button will now be green.
5. To remove it from forwarding, simply press the button again and the green light will turn off.
