Remittance Advice: UMR & UnitedHealthcare (UHC): Go to the Optum Pay website

Hover over the sign-in bar (top right corner).

Click on providers and organizations.

There will be a lot of options to choose from, click on the“Optum Pay sign-in.”

Match the amount on the website to the amount on the EFT sheet and print it out.

Occasionally, an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) may take an hour or so to load, requiring a brief waiting period.

DON'T FORGET TO PULL THE ZERO $ PAYMENTS.
